it be useful to know how your customer, makes his decision to
buy? Sure it would! There is not much point pitching emotional
feelings , if your customer basis his decision on facts and
statistics. It would make it much easier, if you knew whether
your customer, needed all the facts before, he made a decision,
or he just wanted you to get to the important points, that applied
to him. What if you could tell if he was open about his opinions,
or he is likely to hide his true feelings? If you knew their
sense of pride, that would be useful too, wouldn't it. Handwriting
will tell you this, and make you a much more effective salesperson.
